Magic Place!

I had the opportunity to discover this place by going to a wedding that I was invited to and I was lucky to find lodging right there. It is a place to disconnect, the gardens are beautiful, an incredible peace exudes, the hotel is very good and the restaurant's cuisine is wonderful. It is a place to rest, sleep, read, meditate and not get out of there.

The property perse was very good once we got there. The hotel condition was good but not excellent versus the normal price rate, the service was good and hotel perse has beautiful gardens. The pool looked good even though we did not use it. Breakfast was very good but I conidered it highly pricey.

Reservé este hotel desde noviembre de 2025 para asistir a una boda en mayo de 2026, esperando una experiencia acorde a la planeación anticipada. Lamentablemente, la estancia fue muy decepcionante. Al llegar, nos asignaron una sección del hotel que parecía más un Airbnb muy básico que una habitación de hotel. El cuarto no contaba con ningún espacio para guardar la ropa (ni clóset, ni cajones), por lo que tuvimos que mantener todas nuestras pertenencias dentro de la maleta durante toda la estancia. Además, la habitación no tenía papel de baño al momento de la llegada y fue necesario solicitar servicio para que arreglaran el cuarto y repusieran lo básico. La experiencia fue incómoda y muy por debajo de lo esperado. La ubicación de esta sección del hotel también fue un problema: el área era muy oscura y las luces no estaban encendidas, lo que generaba una sensación de descuido e inseguridad. En general, la experiencia fue terrible y no corresponde a lo que uno espera al reservar con tantos meses de anticipación para un evento importante. No lo recomendaría y definitivamente no regresaría.

Habitación sin muro ni puerta en el cuarto de baño, faltan zonas de guardar la ropa, no hay atención de persona alguna a ese anexo de cuartos de hotel, no contestan el teléfono para cualquier petición y si lo contestan cuelgan, hay que dejar abierta la habitación para que hagan el aseo, el costo es muy alto con relación al tipo de habitación, fugas de agua al momento de bañarse que cae en la planta baja. Hasta la fecha no logro facturar mi pago, el día de la compra me dijeron que hasta que llegue el día de la ocupación cuando la compra se hizo desde el Mes de febrero de 2026, espero me contacten para este efecto. Saludos.

La alberca está muy fría, cuando el hotel anuncia que está climatizada, vinimos solo por la alberca y no pudimos nadar (dijeron que lo habían arreglado pero la alberca seguía helada). El servicio es bueno pero la administración es descuidada y muchas áreas dentro del hotel están muy descuidadas como el mariposario, el área de juegos de niños, porterías en el jardín y los camastros de la alberca. Había también un gato en la alberca y el área de la alberca olía a pipi.

Realmente todo el servicio lleno mis expectativas. El precio es adecuado por lo que recibes, en servicio de recepción muy atentos, me entregaron antes de tiempo la habitación. La habitación excelente, el personal muy atento desayuno y toda la comida muy buena el 1 día , el 2 día, se ve cambiaron de cocinero y tuvimos quejas,la alberca se supone es climatizada entonces como era lunes pues no prendieron la caldera hasta que se nos ocurrió reclamar, entiendo si no hay huéspedes lo hagan pero estábamos nosotros, y que nos dejen sin cena ni nadie en el rest que cocine pues deberían de advertir, fuera de esos detalles todo muy bien!
