"good value, clean hotel, simple but quite spacious room, free wired internet. enjoyed staying here. staff helpful and tried to help in English. be prepared to get your phrasebook out if you dont speak chinese. breakfast looks good value too, though didnt try it. breakfast is probably more appealing to Chinese than western travelers. only complaint was noise in night from other guests - running - along the corridor"

"Initially, we were pleased to see that the hotel was less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. We were further pleased to discover western toilets. We were even further pleased to discover that it is extremely close (if you don't walk by the river) to Italian-Style Town and Ancient Culture Street. Excellent location! The room was small, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable."

Decent hotel with several downsides
"Reasonably sized and comfortable room with several downsides. First was the smell of smoke whereby I requested a non-smoking room. The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. Lastly, my colleague who book into the same room category received fruit basket and dumpling whereas I did not have any welcome items. Rather disappointed with a hotel branding that is under Westin."
