"Overall, the hotel stay was average. Most aspects were acceptable, though not particularly outstanding. One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him.
There was also a noticeable odour in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, eventually got used to it after the first night.
While the stay was manageable, a bit more attention to cleanliness and air quality...
"Beautiful resort like hotel with great staff and service. It wasn't very busy during our stay, which made it seemed a bit weird but at the same time we appreciated the sereneness and peacefulness of the place. Welcome fruits and housekeeping was top notch."

"Very noisy if you chose a room that face the sea, people sing KTV at the beach every night so it’s super loud at night time and no time limit. Hotel staff can’t control it because it’s outside the property. If you wanna a quit a space to stay It’s definitely not a good option. And a lot of mosquitos. "

Service was top notch from a tall hot butler welcoming us at the door and helping with bags, to the ever friendly receptionists, to amazing house keeping staff who kept our rooms clean every day, to breakfast room staff… everything was perfect! This stay is nothing short of amazing and every staff went above and beyond in all areas. The rooms were another level.. clean, tastefully furnished and thoughtfully replenished day by day… they took care of my family, including my aged grandma, so well the entire stay.
