"This is definitely the peak of aesthetics when it comes to the ‘neo-Chinois” style. Breathtakingly beautiful down to every single detail. Even the dinnerware for buffet breakfast is gorgeous. Staff are warm and welcome. The only downside is, there’s not much of sound proof. As a top-notch luxurious hotel, they can definitely pick more expensive windows. I was woken up several times at night by people coming out of the hotel or truck unloading. Their old counterpart, the west building, being built in the 1950s, is actually way much better in terms of sound proof. Just close the window then you can’t hear anything from outside"

"We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou. The hotel is located right across from a beautiful park. It takes about a 6-minute walk to reach the park, where you can enjoy the lovely lotus leaves and peaceful scenery. Even when the weather is not ideal, you can still have a great time inside the hotel. The hotel has beautiful gardens and lotus flowers, making it a perfect place for taking photos and relaxing. We highly recommend the hotel’s Jin Sha Restaurant, which serves delicious Chinese cuisine. The hotel also offers a complimentary photography experience. We chose to purchase additional photos this time, and the quality was excellent. Even if you decide not to buy extra photos, the service is still outstanding. The staff provided a truly five-star experience. Overall, we had a memorable stay and would highly recommend Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou."

"The design of the hotel is aesthetically pleasing. The room is functional. We got a loft twin room. If you like taking steps, it is a nice choice to pick. Breakfast is good. Staff are great. Special shout out to Luna (san bai 三白). While we were touring the premises and chance upon the bar, she came forward to greet us and chat with us. Knowing we just check-in, she asked and offered to show us around. She was actually busy tending to the bar, upkeeping the bar cleaniness when there is no guest. Thus, we were so glad with her initiation and delightful accepted her offer. She brought us to various part of the hotel and shared with us the services and products offered there. Our dinner choice for the evening at 似水（Si Shui）was actually attributed to her recommedation. Here, we like to also express our compliments to the tea lady and the server (with a little hunch back) for doing their job with exceptional thoughtfulness and knowledge. We felt really taken care of us at the dinner by them. improvements feedback. Power sockets are impractical. Some adaptor cannot fit in that narrow space. Bath towels are not absorbent. I would recommend some improvements at Check-in too. Never forget to note what guests has made in their requests and managed them at this stage. An overlook on this undermines the experience. We also spend some time at your swimming pool. The lady lifeguard on duty is attentive and alert. Oh... i don't patronise bar. We did that night. Is not hard to guess why."

"Fabulous stay, buffet was wonderful, a great mix of western options and omelettes were made to order, nice selection of breads, pastries, fresh juices with an amazing view to enjoy your breakfast. Concierge at the front of the building, someone opening my taxi door, to offering to take my luggage, as well as someone standing at the elevators to guide you. Everything feels really well thought out and meticulous, you are truly cared for there. My best stay in china could not recommend enough."
