I was suddenly awakened by a loud noise on my door at 5:50am, someone was pushing my door hardly and trying to open my door. I was shocked and called hotel staff, she replied that the one outside my door was not hotel staff, and they have nothing to do with that. After I called the hotel staff, I saw through the doorhole that the guy outside my door received a phone call and left. Then at 7am again I heard some noise outside the door, and I saw another men squatting at the door, I called the hotel staff again and he did not gave any response on phone. So I called police. The police checked the CCTV and found out those guys who was trying to enter my room and was squatting at my door were from the room next door...It was a terrible unsafe experience for a female stay alone in this hotel, and from the beginning to the end, the hotel staff did not do anything or say anything on my disappeared meal, or my horrible experience, they were like they do not even exist. I paid full price for the horrible day, without food and sleep. The worst experience ever. "
