"Our stay at the Roxbury Motel was great. Our room was clean, and the decor unique. The whole place had great character and the front desk people were friendly. My only concern was that when I booked our room, it didn't say it was at the motel, which is a separate, but nearby, location from the Roxbury at Stratton Falls. Our friend were staying there and we didn't realize until we arrived that our place was down the road a couple of miles. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"This place is not a brand new box hotel. It's a charming early-mid 20th century motel built to accommodate ski vacationers. It's kept clean and is much less expensive than other nearby alternatives. The wife and I had an evening planned in nearby Woodstock and didn't want to drive the 2 hours home at night so we booked a room. Good choice. "
