Color Hotel Skagen
8/10 Good
"One night stay, arrived early and left our luggage. We had coffee by the pool as we couldn’t check in. Weather was perfect so it was brilliant. We could have used to pool to if we’d wanted to. Changing rooms and toilets on the poolside i very clean and nice. Checked in on line so just had to pick up our key. The room was spacious and clean. Had an early evening swim which was lovely although the pool was very cold. I would like to have used the jacuzzi. However, a group of guests were having a party in it so I couldn’t. They stayed in it for over 2hours. This was the only disappointment of the stay. I think guest y be limited to a time as the facilities should be available for everyone. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend."
Brøndums Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is a gem. It has a lovely feel to it inside and out. The breakfast is wonderful and dinner a delight. The seating areas plentiful and to have the fire lit in the lounge in the evening although perhaps a little early really lovely. The stairs but challenging for ladies of a certain age. The prospect of a separate toilet and shower a little off putting but in our case immediately across from our very comfortable and delightful room so actually no problem at all. Easy access to ironing board and iron and staff who were only too happy (it seemed) to take your luggage to your room and in due course collect. We were very pleased particularly with the artist connection to stay there. The food, the service and the bedding quality. We loved our stay and would go back. Skagen itself is special."

"I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The atmosphere is lovely and the service was excellent. The breakfast was truly delicious — one of the best I’ve had while traveling. I’d definitely come back."

"Wir mussten Ameisen und Mäuse bekämpfen und einige Gegenstände, wie z.B. Dusche und Rollo an der Eingangstür waren reparaturbedürftig. An sonsten war die Unterkunft sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gemangelt."
