"There was no signs in English and no communication regarding check in till 3 am after we had some local guest call and find out how to get in. It is basically a bed and a bathroom with absolutely nothing else. Not even cups or vending machines that works. We were very disappointed. "

"This place is great and I highly recommend it to anyone. The desk staff are amazing and from the minute I showed up they were focused on making my stay as comfortable as possible. "We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

"Incredible. Cannot wait to go back. Staff was spectacular, made solo travelling feel easy and relaxing. Perfectly located, walkable and well situated for all dining experiences, nature hikes, exploring local attractions, and more. It was so enjoyable here I made sure to spend my last night in Italy at the Regina Tivoli Centre and taxi to the airport in Rome first thing in the morning so I could have one more day and meal in Tivoli!
