"We enjoyed our stay. It had easy access to the recreation path. We used the sauna and the pool. It might have been nice to know that the hot tub was out of commission. The room was super nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed this property. The grounds were beautiful and having the trail system was a definite perk. The location was perfect for getting on the recreational trail and walking or riding bikes to dinner. The service was great and very friendly. The room was comfortable and efficient. The only very minor points is that the chairs on the balcony were far too short to actually see anything if you used them. The chairs were about a foot off the ground but the balcony had a 4-foot solid wall as the “railing.” Putting regular sized furniture out would solve this. Also there is no place to hang a hand towel next to the sink (eg towel bar or hook). Again, a minor point but actually quite annoying when you consider how often you wash your hands. "

"This circa 1800 inn is charming. The innkeepers and family are lovely! The rooms are nicely appointed. Not all bathrooms are updated but are very clean. Felt like staying in a friend’s house rather than a hotel. The breakfasts are homemade by the innkeepers. Delicious! The tavern has great food and drinks. A lovely outdoor patio too. I would most definitely stay there again!"
