The faucet in the bathtub was dripping and we couldn’t get it to stop. It was a little annoying when trying to sleep, but everything else was fine. The rooms were clean and the beds we’re comfortable.

Purchased two nights paid in full. Stayed the first night, and when we came back for the 2nd night the key didn’t work. Guy at the counter said we had checked out and they had sold the room to someone else. We hadn’t checked out. They had to put us in their only Other empty room. Carpet was sticky and dirty.

The room we were given had a very bad odour in the room to point i requested a new room. The new room they gave me was smaller and no king bed that I paid for. The new room smells better but still smells like it was a smoking room they converted into a non smoking Over all room needs updating, would not recommend this hotel at all

Check in was easy. The toilet handle wasn’t connected to anything so it would not flush. Tried to call the front desk but the telephone didn’t have a cord. Had to call them twice to get them to call management to find out how to fix the toilet. They did resolve the issue; it broke again before we left.

Everything here was cheaply done, including the in-room coffee. The room and bathroom appeared to need a thorough deep cleaning. I will not book again.
