"Very nice place! Helping staff to know where to direct owners with pets for a green space confidently ( it’s just two blocks away) as there is nothing on site for pet relief would be very helpful. Other embassy’s have onsite pet relief spaces. Staff was otherwise very helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. AC was turned down by myself to 68, but room never got very cool. "

"Was in town for a funeral. Ended up making it an overnight stay for the grand babies to swim. The hotel was very nice & clean. Everyone was super friendly. The hotel is older and could use some remodeling, but not a bad hotel for the price. "

"Showed up for a big conference at another hotel that did not meet even the standard so we had to find a hotel quickly to move ten of our team members over to and Galt House turned out to be a "blessing in disguise" as one of my team members put it. Meet all of our needs and even exceeded many of our expectations since it was a last minute switch. Great service and super nice hotel! "

"The hotel is a classic! You can feel the 1930's when you walk in. The staff and the history is the highlight. The shuttle service is truly spectacular and the Valet guys are marvelous. Saturday and Sunday the breakfast is top notch. We will definitely be back. "

"Sheratons are generally a bit outdated after Marriott bought them. Almost like the afterthought, but this one was pretty good. We travel with dogs so we appreciate them being welcomed. There were a couple of restaurants really close that also accommodated dogs. We walked down the street for ice cream after dinner from the hotel and felt safe. The hotel itself was right on the Ohio River and we had a great view of Louisville. "

"Service was great! Staff was so friendly!!! They even went to Aldi's to restock breakfast when someone asked for yogurt. They were amazing! Pictures are miss leading. It's very out dated and old. Wasn't nice like the pictures. Beds we're horrible!!! Very run down. Pool area was even rough looking but the pool itself was amazing! So clean too! "
