"The property manager is falsely advertising this hotel. The hotel is very outdated, unclean, and has a bad odor. Upon checking in just from the unkept and lack of cleaning from the lobby, i could tell. We immediately requested a refund and why. The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. Its sad people falsely advertise thier establishment and take advantage of people and thier hard earning. We even offered to pay for 1 night and...

"I had planned a trip to Louisville and when I was searching for hotels, this one popped up. I like Fairfield Inn's because they are pretty consistent with quality from location to location. I also like the breakfast included with the stay. What I liked the best about this one is the price compared to across the bridge in Louisville. I saved ALOT of money here in Jeffersonville, Indiana and Jeffersonville had a lot to offer. The hotel is close enough to walk over to Hooters and this awesome place...
