"Service was great! Staff was so friendly!!! They even went to Aldi's to restock breakfast when someone asked for yogurt. They were amazing! Pictures are miss leading. It's very out dated and old. Wasn't nice like the pictures. Beds we're horrible!!! Very run down. Pool area was even rough looking but the pool itself was amazing! So clean too! "

"Wonderful staff and very very clean. To be an older hotel don’t let it discourage you from staying here. The older part is not part of the hotel now it is just the large building and it’s definitely a hotel I will continue to reside at when I come to Louisville. Looking for a beautiful event space this place several meeting rooms to ball rooms!! Excellent management and staff. Especially the young lady works the evening shift I’m not sure of her name but she’s the best dark hair curls she’s so kind!!"
