Moreover, the access to the water park was not allowed after 5 PM due to having a private event, without giving us any prior notice when i booked. So, I didn’t have access to one of the most important amenities they offer, and they didn’t have any will to help or reward what they did."

"A beautiful, spacious, bright, and comfortable hotel. My room was cleaned by a few people, however Marivic and Charlyn consistently made my room feel like home. Owing to the airspace being closed and many people being stuck in the UAE, the sunbeds by the pool were in high demand, so you had to get up there by 8am to reserve your sunbed for the day.
