"Listing was accurate to the apartment. The host was very responsive and sent detailed check in and check out instructions. I had trouble getting the heater to work and the host kindly came by the apartment to fix it for me (I just couldn’t find the on switch!). The loft area was indeed short height wise, but I converted the couch to a bed and was very comfortable. Would recommend!"

"The flat was nice. When we arrived, we had some confusion on the lockbox (we found it with little delay). We were able to watch a movie while doing a couple loads of laundry. The host was great and we enjoyed our stay. Windows open, the fan was necessary and unfortunately intermittent. We reported the problem and the host was planning to resolve the issue."
