Self check‑in via smart lock – your unique code will be sent the day before arrival. Check‑in is at 4 PM, and checkout is at 10 AM.
Free driveway parking for up to four vehicles on the gravel driveway; please drive slowly.

- GPS & directions: Rural addresses can be tricky, so we’ll send you the latitude and longitude, and detailed directions before your stay.
- Accessibility: The cabin is on a gravel drive with a couple steps to the front porch. Bedroom and one bath are on the main level; the loft bedroom is accessed via stairs, and there is no elevator to the loft.
Amenities provided: We supply shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towels, linens, extra pillows and blankets, and cooking essentials.
- Entertainment: We provide smart tvs so for Netflix or other apps, please log into your own accounts on the smart TV.
- Smoking: Smoking is only permitted outdoors, and never indoors.

- Being in the mountains means you may encounter insects, rodents, and wildlife. Bring bug spray, and enjoy the amazing starry skies.
Animals that you might view around the cabins are white tail deer, fox, coyote, bobcat, black bear, squirrel, rabbit, armadillo, raccoon, skunk, opossum, and a variety snakes including poisonous and non-poisonous. In the spring wild turkey calls can be heard if you listen closely.
The cabin is located only 5 miles west of Jasper on Mt. Sherman.
Kyle’s Landing, 1 mile from the cabin is a takeout point for canoeists.
Access to the cabin is one mile off Hwy 74W on a gravel road (NC 2290).
