"Check in was a bit strange. It was 'self-checkin.' Basically you used a kiosk, but a person spoke to you watching you from a camera. We initially came early to drop our bags and they just had us leave them with a few others in a completely unattended lobby. Felt a little sketchy. When came back for checkin time, we used the kiosk again and it gave us a key. There was someone at reception, but we didn't really interact with them.
