"Nice hotel and great staff - but really disappointed in the TV set-up in our room! In the one bedroom suites the TV in the bedroom works great, but for some reason (and it is in all the suites) the TV in the sitting room will not connect to the internet, and the guide does not show any info. The staff confirmed that it was set up wrong and is too expensive to change. Really sad for a nice (and expensive) place like this. If there was a decent option I would stay elsewhere."

"The water pressure in the shower was non-existent, there was an outlet without a cover plate (safety issue) not enough towels, the drain inside the tub is all rusted out.Also, it appears they are doing some renovations but the amount of trash along the building leaves a lot to be desired. "

"The kitchen was well equipped with spices and most kitchenware. The furniture and bedding was nice. There was excellent communication and the setting was lovely. The location worked for us. If we had been there in warmer weather, we would have enjoyed more of the amenities. The only negative was that the upstairs with the second bathroom and third bedroom (which we ended up not needing) was not heated. The listing says "upstairs" but doesn't make it clear that it's a separate area from the rest of the house, not on the central heat and air. It wasn't a problem for us, but anyone counting on using that room should be aware. They provide a space heater and window AC, but we didn't test them out. "

"The house was amazing. Plenty of room for all 16 of us to hang out comfortably, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the sunsets over the lake were gorgeous."
