"Beautiful well maintained inside, We would stay again and have recommended to others already. However, Opportunity to strongly move the facility 1. Oarking Lot 1Please please pave the parking lot. We experience lots of gravel, dust, sand and dirt on our feet and in our car (btw, no we did not go to the beach - debris from the rocky unfinished parking lot). We had to wash car mats and carpet the car afterwards. 2. Bathrooms Our stay room had 1 full bathroom (sink, toilet and a walk-in shower) and 1/2 bath (sink and toilet) -upper level. Very nice. However, description needs to be revised and NOT state 2 bathrooms - and state as described above 1 1/2 bathrooms.. We need to shower and had to travel to another location to accommodate everyone. Just need to clearly state only 1 shower facility. 3. Balcony Please state or indicate if a balcony is available with the selection room, 4.Refrigerator/stove placement When you open the refrigerator door it hits the stove knob and slightly turn know on. We heard a noise several times and realize the knob control was slightly on. (We did no cooking during cook). "The house is old and has so much character. We used it for a vacation and wedding. But it did struggle to keep it cool during August. They are updating the dock, which resulted in a pile of wood being in the view. That should be good for whenever thats complete but we loved the dock and fishing from it. Evening storms were regular but beautiful. Water can get rough so bringing a boat isn't feasible. The charm in the house and history is amazing. The neighbors were so great and told us all about the house's story. They were so pleasant and helpful. The dates were incorrect for the trash pickup but they let us know.Awesome people to chat with and invited them over for our wedding reception. It was so large and able to accommodate so many so just an awesome way to spend family vacations or host. This stay was perfect. Everyone said it and it was. We loved the place!"

"Hands down, this is our new favorite STR! We were in town for a weekend tournament at Shipyard Park. The house was perfect for our needs and close proximity to the park. I grew up visiting my grandparents’ fish camp in Bay St Louis, MS. This house and property brought back many memories of weekends spent there with my family The attention to detail and thoughtfulness really set this home apart. The listing photos and description were accurate. The house was clean, up to date, well lit and had abundant provisions. Honestly, I think you could show up with only your clothes and I bet any other item you’d need, they’ve supplied. The kids were excited to find games that had all of the pieces and DVD cases that weren’t empty!Hosts were easy to communicate with. It’s evident that they take pride in their property and their guests’ experience. We hope to be back some day!"
