Got there and told us the The room we reserved was overbooked; they gave us a small room and we are all tall people. Had to get and pay for an extra room because we didnt fit. They told me it was a "system" mistake and ended up having to pay for their system's flaw...Not fair. Rooms are VERY dark, ...

Best Western Jacksonville Inn
The only complaint I have was my toilet seat was cracked in room 206 and it pinched my butt once. Other than that it was a 5 star stay.

Cozy country retreat!- Close to River Run and Lake Jacksonville
Biggest issue was getting email eith address and how to access property which was more a expedia problem. Once the host knew i neesed the information i was contacted immediately.

Charming and Historic Holly Cottage Carriage House in Downtown Tyler
Host was extreme welcoming and accommodating. She was very yuck on answering questions and really made us feel she was happy we were there. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. The gardens were beautiful and the tour she gave was extremely interesting.
