"We were staying as a family for a family day camp. Didn’t get any check in information until I asked for it an hour before (so we were already on our way, hoping it would all work out). Despite the website listing, there was no WiFi to be found, and the A/C was sporadic at best (it was in the 90s and smoky). We were provided a 5 gallon bottle of water which was great, but given the heat we ran through that pretty fast. No response after the first day when we asked how to get more. Also no key...
