Our beach house features a large open plan living/dining space and a great backyard escape with a pool, firepit, charcoal grille and lounging area. A 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house is a rare find in the beaches area and is great for couples, business travelers & families looking for the perfect getaway!
The house is centrally located in Jacksonville Beach and was built in April 2018. The Main and 2nd bedroom both have kings size beds and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have queen beds. We also have 3 full bathrooms. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area has vaulted ceilings and is great for meals, lounging and relaxing. We have basic cable on and smart TV in the living room and Netflix/Hulu capabilities in the Main bedroom.
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and comfort of our home. Our well stocked kitchen includes all the essentials needed to prepare meals (spices, oils, condiments, paper towels, dishes, pots, pans, cleaning supplies, etc.) so you don't need to spend extra money buying the basics! We also provide all: bedding, towels, beach towels & beach chairs.
