Very clean unit , only downside is you’d have to get out your car every time to get inside the gate and jackson area isn’t the safest to be doing that

The building is amazing, the rest was a nightmare! We had a hard time getting into our room as our confirmation number did not work, we couldnt find our room as there was no signage, we got to our room which was dirty. We called, our 3rd with complaints, to a number in WI, were assigned a new room, which was 42 degrees. Then we were denied a refund when we left. Terrible experience!

Arrived late and exhausted and found the room had not been cleaned. Messy linens, wet towels on the floor, cigarette box in the trash can, unflushed toilet! One bed looked undisturbed so opted to deal with the mess for the night. Stayed two nights and housekeeping never came. Requested full or partial refund from Expedia and have not received a response after nearly a week. Willing to update this review later but wanted to warn other travelers ASAP.

The room was lovely and comfortable. Very clean. The only problem we had was, when you park in the back, there’s no obvious door to enter the building. Needs better entrance instructions and indoor directions.
