"Rusty Parrot is a 1st class property. Spotless! Staff was friendly & knowledgeable as to where to go for hiking & seeing wildlife. The hot tub was wonderful after our hike. In addition coffee, tea or cider is available all day with fresh baked goodies in the afternoon. Nightly turn down service with chocolates & a poem. Rusty Parrot goes above and beyond. There is nothing we didn’t like but if I had to make a suggestion it would be to expand the menu in the restaurant. Food was delicious but...

"Great, walkable location near the Jackson Town Square! The hotel was being renovated during our stay, so the parking lot could be a little crowded with work vehicles, but did not really impact us. Room was clean, comfortable, homey - bed was excellent! The included breakfast was great, and staff ( Jesse) was helpful in making restaurant suggestions. Great stay! "

"We loved staying here. The property is tucked away a block off the main thoroughfare through town, which cut down on traffic and noise. Staff were wonderful, walking us to our room when we checked in. Amazing cook-to-order breakfast came with the room, and we ate at Glorietta Trattoria across the street twice during our stay. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Jackson. "
