"The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Jackson Hole, with a warm, tasteful upscale country atmosphere in the lobby as well as the rooms. The staff were friendly and professional. An upscale Breakfast buffet every morning as well as delicious cookies in the afternoon."

"The room was spacious and comfortable. It is a few blocks easy walk from Jackson Square where there is ample dining and shopping. It is in a quiet location. Best of all the bathroom tub has a jacuzzi option which was great after a full day hiking and enjoying the beautiful Grand Teton National Park nearby. "

"Great check in. Clean and comfortable room. Nice amenities (used pool, spa, laundry, continental breakfast). Got lots of sleep in the bed in the quiet cabin! Will stay again."

"Our first room was not so good. It was very clean but someone had smoked weed in the room. Not that we’re anti weed, but it instantly gave us both headaches. The staff were very apologetic & changed our rooms immediately. Our new room was very comfortable and VERY spacious. The view was great. We would definitely stay again. "

"Hotel was fine. The bar service at Hayden’s Post was poor. Plenty of service personnel and only a few customers but after receiving the menu the staff never came back. There were two bartenders and 3 wait staff. They were more interested in talking amongst themselves. After 15-20 minutes of waiting I left and drove to a different restaurant with great service. Wasn’t able to use the free drink coupon that was provided by booking through Hotels.com. "
