"Our room was ready for us upon our 0800 arrival - a very pleasant surprise! It was clean and had all the usual amenities. The staff was outstanding, especially the Front Desk Manager Lisa. Due to medical issues we did not utilize the Housekeeping staff but they cared for the other rooms diligently and on a daily basis. The food was very good and plentiful, served downstairs in the Lobby/Bar area (lunch/dinner), and on the second floor for a breakfast buffet. The Lobby/Bar area was pretty noisy in the late afternoon with large numbers of people congregating, but the noise diminished as the people did. The City of Chattanooga sponsors a free electric shuttle bus traversing the business areas and has a stop at the hotel - very convenient. Everyone I interacted with in the hotel/city was very cordial, helpful and friendly. A small convenience store/snack shop is also just off the lobby area."

"A beautiful, unique, charming hotel with an excellent staff, unique art installations, conveniently located to Tennessee River access, walking trails, shopping, excellent restaurants and coffee shops. Rooftop bar is a must for sunset over the mountains. Room was comfortable and spacious with plenty of room to unpack. Hotel had thoughtful touches throughout with a helpful and friendly staff to assist with anything needed. We will be back! Enjoy!"
