"The vibe of this place was really cool. Bartender Jonathan was awesome too. They have a rotating signature drink menu that fits the hotel or bar theme. Its really a unique stay. The breakfast is good and the dinning area is beautiful. Something definitely out of the usual stop through the South. The Hotel is 100+ years old but doesnt show the wear of the old historic look other building do. We will certainly be back."

"I reserved a room for my sister and her best friend for Friday, May 29th so they could enjoy a wonderful downtown experience for her birthday. When she checked into the hotel the woman who was at the front desk was rude with her and condescending to her for no reason. She didn’t even point them in the direction of their room or tell them about the amenities offered at the hotel. I expected better since I have stayed at many Westins before and enjoyed it every time. Paying 250 dollars a night...

"No parking so you are almost forced to use valet parking. We were told to allow 15 to 30 minutes when requesting your vehicle. The first morning it took 55 minutes. The second day was better. Didn’t like the in room coffee/coffee maker. Was charged at check-in an extra $50 and I have no clue what it was for. Our room did not receive maid service, clean towels and wash cloths the third day."
