"Great hotel but needs to treat all its customers fairly. Charging 40 Euros / day for a sunbed cushion (albeit bundled with food & drinks) is a poor way to treat customers !! Staff were very friendly but when we checked in, we were left to find our rooms (5 minute walk away with 3 flights of stairs) with our luggage by ourselves. A bit disappointing "

"The most warm and welcome check in I have ever experienced the staff could not be more helpful absolutely fantastic thankyou it made my stay so much better would highly recommend this hotel to anyone ! Great location great beach bars and so many restaurants near by 10/10 "

"Not clean, run down with skirting board hanging off walls etc, broken furniture, partial sea view was only from the bedroom window but over a building site for Kora Maresía (a new hotel). You could see a slight glimpse of the sea. The balcony looked onto the car park out the front and the kitchen to a burger shop and diving school. Locally there were only Irish bars with people drunk from 10am so there was not much for us to do. The swimming pool was disgusting with stagnant looking water with cushions around the pool looking extremely old and brown stained. The bedding was itchy from the bleach (we hope rather than anything else). "

"A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. "

"Not the cleanest, floor wasn’t cleaned in room before we arrived. Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice"

"Room was lovely and clean had 2 balconies one had a sea view and sunbeds. From check in to check out staff on reception were lovely we even got into our room early which was great . Brilliant location everything around u bars restaurants and the beach is about 3 minutes walk . We will be back again "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was beautiful, spacious, and very clean and tidy throughout. The accommodation was well equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay really comfortable. The location was excellent, and access to the property was easy and straightforward. We stayed as two couples and found the layout worked perfectly for us. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would happily stay again. Send the request for our stay earlier - as I was already in Lanzarote the on line check in appeared differently and therefore made it quite stressful - I sent the email to my husband in the uk and it all went through without problems"

"Absolutely fabulous property exactly as described and then some. Central location overlooking the promenade right on to the beach. From opening the gate, there were so many WOW moments. Hosts have thought of everything you might need and were very welcoming. Villa has a lovely homely feel and position is excellent for a lovely sea breeze to keep cool. Ceiling fans in all rooms and additional fans provided if required. There is a safe in the main bedroom wardrobe."
