"Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home."

"The condo itself was fine,no complaints. However the building or whomever runs the place can do a better job. We were a big group so in total we booked 3 diff. Condos. So many rules! And also no communication we were left without water for what was suppose to be overnight! But water did not turn on till about 5 pm the next day and the only reason we found out was because of a nice security guard whom my husband befriended. "It was a nice condo, liked the 3/2 accommodations, the pools were crowded and a bit outdated, children and adults mixed in, not relaxing at all since children were allowed to run all over the place. I love children but they needed a safe children’s pool for them only."

" The staff were really nice and very helpful throughout my stay. Housekeeping was a little unusual, as I had to ask them to come and touch up the room instead of it being done automatically. The shower also doesn’t have a door, so quite a bit of water splashes out and can make a mess in the bathroom. Aside from those minor issues, everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place."
