"Staff were friendly. We options for dinner and lunch are great. We enjoyed eating lunch at the sport’s bar - it was cool, food was tasty and staff were nice. All the bar men were spectacular. S only question was about the swimming pool, the water was a bit hot.
The check in was pretty good and check out was amazing. The belt boys were really nice and help us out until we boarded the shuttle to the airport. "
"Absolutely beautiful resort. I can’t say enough good about the kids club. Anel, Regina , Dafne, Fernando and the rest were so amazing at keeping the kids entertained. They went above & beyond. Loved my upgrade to premium. Rooms are large, clean and beds are comfy. The area is so beautiful and view from the room was incredible. Israel was our favourite in the premium lounge. All the staff were wonderful. Mauricio also deserves recognition as he remembered me everyday and always had time for a few questions and ensuring we were enjoying all the amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here. "

"First of all we had an amazing time. Four days and three nights was too short. The staff was very friendly and the food I had to say was pretty good for being inclusive. My bed was great with comfortable pillows. When we arrived in our room we had some welcoming goodies. The pizza was amazing… they had amazing shows and fiesta mexicana was great. We loved it."
