"We love this hotel, we’ve come back every year for 15 years. Every room has an ocean view and the sunsets are fabulous. The only problem is it is not very handicap accessible. They need more handrails on the steps."

"Overall, it was a decent mid-range resort. The room, public areas, and pool were always very clean. Parts of the hotel are quite dated, however the buffet area has recently been renovated. Food at the buffet was cold each time we tried it. Breakfast was alright since we usually just ate fruit and yogurt, but we went out to eat for dinner each night. During the week the resort was pretty quiet, so we didn't have any issue finding loungers by the pool or beach. However the resort got extremely busy with locals on the weekend and it was hard to find a spot to sit. The beach is beautiful. Also note that free Wifi is not included, even in the all inclusive package! It is an extra cost. "

"The property overall was very clean; it was easy to get to from the airport 25-minute cab ride 630 pesos. Food was amazing and staff was super friendly too. I would like to say a massive thanks to Isis who made sure we had an amazing room. Vania was amazing, she was the person who had all the answers. She gave us amazing suggestions about places to see and go. Eloy was as well super helpful and super nice. Our overall time was incredible; it is a great place to re-set and recharge. Thank you Emporio!!"

"Great view from room. Lunch at beach was good. Breakfast was ok. Not a fan of dinner food. Staff was awesome. Pool and beach great. Not really much in way of activities staff at pool. I really liked the place, but just know to plan on eating dinner out for me anyway."
