"I thought the Hotel was wonderful!! It was quiet, my room was nice and the bed was very comfortable, fast check in, very nice staff when I arrived and the restaurant connected was perfect. Overall a very good experience!!"

"Staff was very nice and was able to resolve a few issues we had-such as our key not working more than 24 hrs and 3rd towel disappearing from our room after being cleaned. Do know that policy has changed and there is no more "do not disturb" tags so the staff is coming into your room each day. This was annoying as anything personal (like computer/paperwork) had to be locked up in the car with us when we left, our 3rd towel disappeared everyday, and the trashcan I had in the bathroom always got put back in the main room. But if you are looking for a clean, large room with a comfortable bed to visit your University of IL student that is cheap, this is your place."
