"It's the worst experience in my life. The apartment is only one room and a small hall, but the reservation was for two rooms and a hall. The owner told me to stay only one night and he will change the apartment for me the next day. But he didn't respond to my phone or messages. The bathroom is dirty and the sink is broken. The fish tank in the hall is also broken. It's a bad experience and I left before I finished all the days of the reservation."

"For a family this was perfect. The place is 5 min walk from 212 outlet mall and a small taxi ride from Istanbul mall. Kitchen was useful and kids loved the pool it was accessible every day for families except Tuesday and thousands from 11 to 4pm for ladies only. We also had access tot the gym. It has a small supermarket just under the apartment which was super useful. We stayed 4 days. Reception staff were useful especially with booking taxis and directions."

When I booked this hotel I never thought that his hotel would be truly a luxurious haven in the heart of the Beyoglu distritct, near to most attractions. The rooms apart from spacious are tastefully decorated and contain every possible item a traveler could need. The top floor where breakfast and dinner is served provides extraordinary views of the bosforus, the horn and Topaki Palace. Also, the staff are very helpful. I hope to return soon.
