"The room was spacious and clean. However, it did not have a view of the canals. It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but they had someone who would carry the luggage to the room and come get the luggage when we checked out. They arranged a water taxi for us and took us to the exact spot to get it. Very helpful customer service."

Recommend to stay here at Hotel Abbazia . I will come back next trip , we like Venice! "
