"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Isleta Resort & Casino. I am traveling from out of state (Texas), and at approximately 10:45 PM I was asleep in my hotel room when I was suddenly woken up by loud banging on my door. Multiple police officers were outside my room due to a concern security had from earlier in the day. At no point did hotel staff or the front desk attempt to contact me directly or address the situation before escalating it to law enforcement. Instead, I was abruptly awakened from sleep and confronted at my door while police were already on-site, with no prior warning or communication. To make matters worse, I had originally only booked one night and was not even planning to stay another night. I decided on my own to extend my stay and book an additional night anyway. After this experience, I will never be booking here again. The entire situation was completely absurd considering nothing came out of it. In the end, there was no issue at all—just officers and myself essentially wishing each other a goodnight after it was confirmed that nothing was wrong in the first place. I also have not even been able to address the situation with staff. When I pass employees, I am simply met with stares and no attempt to speak about what happened, which makes the lack of communication even more frustrating. The timing, lack of communication, and handling of the situation were unprofessional, unnecessary, and embarrassing. I expected a much higher level of"

"What a wonderful stay! Red Horse BnB is charming, comfortable, and peaceful. It’s like staying at your favorite relative’s house, but with better amenities and service. Darlene and Phil truly make their guests feel like family. And the location offers convenient access to I-25. I was attending an event at Isleta Resort, and it only took me 15 minutes to drive there. Downtown and the Sunport are equally convenient. My room was very comfortable (great bed!) and Darlene’s breakfasts are delicious. The grounds are spacious and peaceful. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here if you have any reason to be in the South Valley or points nearby."
