"Everything was great."

"Upon arrival the front desk clerk who helped me was in my opinion rude. I can understand if the room isn’t ready at check-in but with giving minimal information such as I’ll see what’s going but coming back with nothing is unacceptable. "We did a one night stay visiting my daughter in college. It was a nice area food places everywhere. The hotel staff was very accommodating. The room clean as well as the bathrooms. We only needed more towels. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"
