"Highlights: close to beach, comes with a parking spot and 4 beach passes, has a small kitchen and full-sized frig. Could use improvement: the checkin process requires in-person meeting, so there’s a need to coordinate- manager was great at answering texts though. The kitchen needs a bit more attention if you are really going to cook (dish towel, oven glove, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, paper towels maybe?). That said, we did successfully cook. Bed spread had questionable stains…. Overall...

"Very clean, cozy apartment! Listing was accurate, check-in was easy, and the location is really great (just about a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk). Our only complaint was the kitchen wasn't very well stocked. They had the minimal, but none of the things you wouldn't take with you on a trip (like plastic wrap, salt, ect.). Also they didn't have a traditional coffee maker and the keurig in the kitchen didn't work so we had to go buy coffee at the 7eleven each morning. Otherwise a very lovely...

"The property is exactly as described. Looks like it has been newly renovated with new furniture. The beds are comfy, a nice welcome for a restful sleep after being outdoors on the beach all day. The kitchen is fully stocked as is the coffee machine. Also, included some tea options which was a perfect way to warm up after walking the beach.
