Villa Susanna is a new luxury privately owned property at Isla 33 Resort & Villas. The second floor location gives you spectacular views that you can't get from the ground floors. This property will sleep 5 guests in our two spacious bedrooms, perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or your bridal party.
Ground level pool is steps from our door. The roof top horizon pool and patio are a quick elevator ride away, it offers spectacular 360-degree views of the island. The villa has a modern open floor plan with spacious rooms. As you enter the living room the first thing you will notice is the unobstructed gorgeous ocean views. To your left is the dining room and gourmet kitchen separated by a granite island. The kitchen is fully equipped, it features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The guest bedroom is just off the dining room. You will notice the king bed, plenty of closets and sliding doors out onto a balcony that has stunning views of the inland lake, ocean and the Cancun skyline. The full bathroom is just outside the bedroom, it features a large walk-in shower. When you enter the master suite you have those gorgeous unobstructed ocean views out onto the balcony, beautiful domed brick ceilings, the jacuzzi area shares the ocean view, it is surrounded by hand-cut Tikal tile. The ensuite bath connects the shower, toilet and jacuzzi areas. The king Sealy Posterpedic beds with high count linen will help you get a great nights rest.
