"The room was spotless- not luxurious but more than enough to stay comfortably. There was a bathtub and a shower in Japanese style which is also a great plus for a hotel in this budget range. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a comfortable stay, but not a luxury hotel. "

"청결도에 예민한 편인데 객실이 불편함없이 잘 정돈 및 청소가 되어있어 3박 묵는 동안 편안히 지냈습니다. 성인 둘 아이 둘 지내기에 방도 좁지 않았습니다. 추가로 필요한 물품들 요청에도 잘 대응해주셨으며 친절했습니다. 대욕장도 넓진 않았으나 훌륭했습니다. 또 마쓰야마에 가게된다면 재방문 하고싶어요 ^^ "

"Our room was spacious and clean, charming and comfortable with tatami floors, low beds, and lots of place to sit. In addition to pajamas, there were robes and outer robes for onsen visits, tabi socks and slippers. Our room had a private spring-fed tub looking out over the city and the historic onsen across the street. The area was quiet and we slept well. The included breakfast in the hotel restaurant was fantastic -- so many delicious options. And the rooftop hot bath was lovely, with amazing views. The staff was warm and helpful. Some parts of the hotel (the bathroom and tub area in our room, for example) could use a little renovation and freshening up, but overall it was a beautiful place to stay. You can get a tram quite near the hotel that takes you to the castle, at the foot of which is a great area with shops and restaurants."
