"Very nice hotel, the staff was always very kind and helpful, they gave lots of info on the surroundings (and on the bus, which is not easily understandable for a tourist). The single room was actually a bit bigger than I expected from the pictures, which was good, perfectly enough for a single traveler. The breakfast was very good (the apple crumble pie specifically was delicious!). I didn’t get the chance to try the pool, however the rooftops were very nice. It was a bit noisy in the morning as...

Between the pool and swimming area I feel like I could’ve stayed an extra day without even leaving the property. "This hotel is truly a gem. It’s in a very nice location close to the port and lots of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The room was very clean and comfortable. The family who own the hotel are so helpful and kind. The pool area is super relaxing and the thermal tub is great too. Breakfast is delicious with homemade jam and tarts and all coffee options. I would stay again!"

"I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE......

"Wonderful hostess — she worked to assist us with renting scooters. The breakfast buffet was full of variety and local fruits. The tiled floors and scenic balcony of the room were beautiful Italian! The hotel is located close to the ferries and easy to find. I would definitely choose to stay there next trip to Ischia!"
