"What a beautiful hotel and staff. The room's are modern and very clean. We stayed in a room overlooking the pool and view of the castle. Every morning waking up to a beautiful view. The bathroom was excellent with a really good shower that you really want to spend time in. All the hotel staff where fantastic, super friendly and extremely helpful. "This place is for savvy travelers. It could easily be a 4 or 5 star hotel. Amazingly clean! It’s location is great if you like to walk for 10 to 15 minutes. Restaurants and coffee shops all over. I was discouraged when I saw the taxi driving away from the port without knowing that Ischia has this beautiful area called Casamicciola. "It was a nightmare. I booked this place for 3 nights. I was given basement room, air conditioning was not working and it was hard to breath there. After sleeping 2 hours i woke up with bites all over my body. The room was infested by mosquitoes. This was first time in my life that during my 50 years of travelling I would check out after one night stay. The man at front desk was surprised. I asked him to go to look the room. He didn’t go. His only interest was to charge me 3 nights. No apology."
