"The hotel is quite nice, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are very helpful. Location wise thr hotel is perfect if you need a place close to transit and the main train station. But like anything else near the station its a 15 minute+ walk from the old town tourist sights so take that into consideration. "

Gorgeous room, fab staff, interesting history, great location and lovely inclusive ethos: LGBT+ friendly - and very welcoming to all including us four straight ladies! Stayed in the junior suite which was beautifully designed with wooden floor, super-comfy bed, antiques and Morris & Co fabric. Loved the freestanding bath and free minibar. The other 2 in our group stayed in the apartment over the road - spacious, comfortable and with a great story! Lovely restaurant and rooftop bar. Highly recommended."

"Everything was excellent except for 2 things: 1) The room was very clean, but it seems that it wasn't vacuum cleaned properly and dust was in the air as I walked on the carpet. 2) The toilet was very strange as it was separate from the bathroom and it didn't have any place to wash the hand! So, one has to move to bathroom to wash the hands!"
