"Amazing views of water and sunsets. Nice pool (but too cold to use in April). Very good breakfast. Had 2 dinners in restaurant and they were excellent. Our room was small but had a nice balcony to watch sunsets from. A downside is that the walls aren’t very soundproof. Good location. Only 10-15 min walk to beach and tours. "We had mixed feelings about our stay.
Our arrival didn’t get off to the best start. We were taken all the way to the fifth floor via a connecting wing, only for the member of staff to realise after around 15 minutes in the heat that she didn’t have the room key. We then had to wait a further 20 minutes before being given a very small room overlooking a wall, with a dark, dated bathroom.

"About waste, the worst experience of my time travelling. Expedia were unhelpful, they told me they had cancelled my hotel booking and was expecting a refund. The hotel put me down as a no show and advised sent me this review to complete without reimbursing my hotel. It was a family emergency. Disappointing"

"Booked a triple sea view for 3 adults they gave us a room that is partially blocked by ( I have photos, if there is a way to attach them I will) other side of the hotel. The AC barely worked, and note that it was 100 degree F outside. They gave only one 350 ml water for 3 people once during our stay.
