"We will definitely come here again! Once you enter the hotel doors you enter a different world. Great friendly staff and really nice hotel.
The only downside we experience was not the hotel but the location (downtown LA). The downtown area stinks of urine, puke and more than one occasion, we were accosted by (unfortunately) people high on drugs. The city was doing absolutely nothing to help these unfortunate people and it was really sad to be surrounded by it."
