"Didn’t like that we were not informed of mentally ill individuals living there.
One person was screaming at the clerk and was very agitated
Another was seen down the hall from our room exhibiting bizarre behavior
A third man was in crisis.. recently psych discharge having a hard time coping. He was calm and respectful with the clerk… wanted the hospital contacted.
The clerk handled the people quite well… respect, reassurance given… very good with both
