Ideal for visiting Ipswich, Norwich, Colchester, or for the train to London. Constable Country, Lavenham, Long Melford, the Suffolk Heritage Coast and Suffolk village churches are an easy drive. Fishing lakes and golf close by. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

We found The Cottage well equipped, warm and cosy.The owners are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A lovely comfortable, old cottage, well-equipped and very clean. Underfloor heating great in the chilly time of year we visited. Only problems are the low doorways and steep stairs. Lovely garden to wander round - also very well kept. Owner was very welcoming and helpful. Location easy to find but there is quite a bit of traffic noise. Would certainly recommend. December 2018, from East Lancashire. Very clean & comfortable. Good location for Ipswich and the surrounding area. the owners are on hand with a fount of local knowledge & willing to help where ever possible. We would definitely recommend this cottage.
