Great location, cute retro-decorated ranch with spacious upstairs and additional space in finished basement. A well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of plush towels. Clear and timely instructions for access, etc Would stay here again!

Melrose Place - Kinnick's Best Game Day Experience
The host was very welcoming. Great with communication. The home was clean, spacious and modern, with every detail attended to. It was the perfect location and place for my daughter’s graduation from the University of Iowa. Thank you VRBO host.

Very friendly staff. Pool is nice, small-ish but perfect for kids. It was quiet and easy to sleep.
