"Room was clean. It was small as expected, but did have a pretty big refrigerator and freezer also a microwave and coffee maker. I was very glad those appliances were in the room. The Air conditioner was very loud and did not work at times. I asked to switch rooms cuz of the AC and was told no. But it started working again although was still very loud. Otherwise a great value for sure. "

Large mini Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee,tea creamer, sugar) 2 bottles of water sitting on long dresser table. There were even 4 live plants in the room. Body wash and conditioner dispensers mounted to shower wall. New plumbing fixtures and matching door/towel bar hardware. Despite the reservation being last-minute, with some additional changes throughout the trip on my part, Betsy, Charlotte, and Patty provided exceptional service at every point.
