"This was a great stay. The only thing that bothered me and that is why I did not give a 5-star review was due to the fact that they don't offer stay over housekeeping. Now I am not asking for a full cleaning. Just did not want to chase the housekeeper down for more towels. Also having a bed made when you come back to the room makes for a good-looking room. Which in turn gives you a good feeling of where you are staying."

"Upon getting ready for bed, I noticed bed bugs in the room. I was so disgusted, I let management know I would not be staying and wanted a refund. As of now, they denied my refund and are still open today. Public health violations everywhere "
