"Excellent helpful staff. They assisted with directions, bus lines and more. The breakfast was excellent. Had a lovely meal in the dining area. The cappuccino in the restaurant/bar was excellent. Every staff member was pleasant, friendly and helpful."
"The gal at the front desk was amazing, I’d only had three hours of sleep because I went to the Prodigy gig the night before and then I decided this was a decent place to crash for the night. I got in early and while I was willing to sleep in my car until time to check in, she went above and beyond to get me sorted.
There was also a really lovely lady who was working on my floor doing housekeeping who I chatted with briefly. She told me to go in and get my head down, and was just so friendly....
