"On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very friendly and informed us of everything about the hotel. We had a lovely garden room which had a lovely view of the hotel gardens. The room was very spacious and had everything you required eg. Tea and coffee machine facilities, iron and ironing board, toiletries and plenty of storage. The bar had a great selection of drinks. "The hotel is in need of refurbishment to say the least the bar area was disgusting seats broken only bottles as pumps not working and dirty glasses infact the hotel should be condemned. The only saving grace was the staff and the breakfast the staff were polite,friendly and helpful especially Annie who made breakfast service a pleasure. Disappointing that hotels.com have this on there web site as im sure if they sent an inspector they would not recommend this hotel I for one will not be...
