Clearly everybody who gives less than 5 stars is coming here with the wrong expectations. Read their website and you have all the information needed on what to expect. "This cottage is so nice you won't want to leave the house. The layout is perfect and incredibly functional, and the style is pristine and tasteful. There is a laminated guidebook with info about the appliances, temp control, amenities, nearby hikes. Everything was in stock, everything worked.
