This lovely sunny front house sits a stones throw from the beautiful Queens park and a comfortable 1 0 minute walk to the city centre. The house has a 8.0 kw heat pump but its sunny aspect warms this house up so well .
Views of Queens park from full length windows and the veranda are an added attraction .
The master bedroom has a very comfortable new queen bed and double wardrobe . The second bedroom has a new king bed that can split into two singles if required .
There is a shower and a bath in the central bathroom with a separate toilet next door.
Open plan living with a huge couch sits well with the neat and tidy kitchen.
Off street parking including a garage is a nice bonus.
There is a washing machine and drier in a seperate laundry with outside access to the washing line.
The garden is full of cottage flowers and is an added attraction .

We had a lovely stay at this property. Enjoyed Queens park very much. The park has a fabulous rose garden. We only had to walk down two houses and cross the street and we were in the park. Nice location.

We would give a 6 star rating to this property if we could. Immaculate, beautiful inside and out. The beds were really comfy, as was the living room furniture. Very well appointed and spacious. The front deck faces a quiet street and overlooks a magnificent garden. The property is located 700 meters from downtown, and is a lovely walk. Highly recommend a stay here.

The house is well maintained, has a pretty garden, plenty of rooms, and a kitchen with everything you would need. It's handy to the city and very close to Queens Park, which is stunningly beautiful and by itself worth a stay in Invercargill. Gordon and Viv were lovely hosts - we met them when we arrived a bit early just as they were finishing up getting the place ready. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my dog. Great location to the CBD and Queen St., Park. Unfortunately had bad weather so wasn’t able to enjoy the patio but a very nice garden. Highly recommend!
